The Valcom V-9970 control unit facilities paging from a PBX station or standard telephone line. The unit also features page out, music in and user contact connections. Digital signal processing, digital voice leveling and enhanced feedback suppression improve audio quality. As is, the unit supports single zone and one-way paging. Paired with the optional V-2003A or V-2006A, it can be deployed in a multi-zone paging environment. Up to 150 Valcom amplified speakers can be connected to the unit. It also supports background music input.
